GARRY LESESNE

Local Charlestonian, Garry Lesesne spent the last 16 years conducting tourism and real estate development projects in Nicaragua, both as an independent investor and for an international clientele.

Acquisition of land, permitting, project planning, construction, and community public relations ahead of proposed projects all fell under Garry’s responsibility to clients.

Garry returned home to Charleston in 2019 and now brings his unique skill set to CC&T Real Estate Services. He is fluent in both Spanish and English. Garry says, “being an investor myself provides an inherent advantage of exploring and understanding my client’s end goal to ensure their needs are met to the best of my ability.”
